The problem
A fintech startup's dashboard was slow, cluttered, and failing accessibility checks, which their enterprise customers were starting to require. Load times pushed past five seconds on mobile.
The solution
We rebuilt the dashboard on Next.js with a GraphQL API layer, server-side rendering for public pages, and a component design system audited against WCAG 2.1 AA.
The result
Largest Contentful Paint dropped from 5.1s to 1.6s on mobile, accessibility issues fell to zero on core flows, and three enterprise deals closed within a quarter.
