The problem
A retail chain wanted a loyalty app but had no mobile team and a small budget. Separate native builds were out of reach, and their existing points program lived only in-store.
The solution
We built a React Native and Expo app with offline-first balance lookups, digital punch cards, push notifications, and Stripe-backed in-app top-ups, shipped to both stores.
The result
Over 60,000 downloads in the first six months, 22% of transactions now use the app, and the single codebase keeps the small team shipping updates twice a month.
